These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and RehabFlow ("RehabFlow", "we", "us"), the operator and seller of the RehabFlow platform at rehabflow.app. All subscriptions, promotional placements, and other paid services on this site are sold by RehabFlow.
By accessing, browsing, or using RehabFlow you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you use RehabFlow on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Continued use of the service after we publish changes means you accept the revised terms.
RehabFlow provides a marketplace connecting real estate wholesalers, investors, and service partners. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lender, or fiduciary, and we do not represent any party in a transaction. Any contract for a property is between the users involved.
Wholesalers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, condition, photos, and their contractual right to assign or sell. By posting content you grant RehabFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, and keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
RehabFlow retains all ownership of the platform and its intellectual property, including the software, AI deal scoring, database and compilation of listings, documentation, design, trademarks, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent technical limits of the service, and you may not use our branding without written permission.
Paid plans and one-time promotional placements are billed at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and access continues through the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, currency, invoicing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Prices exclude applicable sales tax or VAT, which Paddle calculates and collects where required.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You agree not to: use RehabFlow for any unlawful purpose; post misleading, fraudulent, or spam listings or messages; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; harass or impersonate other users; upload malware or probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service; or scrape, crawl, or bulk-export data from the platform.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the service, with or without notice where the situation requires it, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment or a chargeback, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations (including misleading listings). You may close your account at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends immediately; we will provide a reasonable window to export your data where the law requires it, after which your data may be deleted or anonymised.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AI deal scores, ARV estimates, repair estimates, and market data are informational only and are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice — all investing carries risk and you must do your own due diligence. RehabFlow is not liable for outcomes of transactions between users, or for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where that exclusion is prohibited by law.
You will indemnify RehabFlow against claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your listings, your transactions with other users, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RehabFlow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim locally.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
